Dr. Harvey Karten was recently awarded the Sanford Palay Award by the
Editorial Board of J. Comparative Neurology and the Officers of the Cajal
Club. Palay was the founder of the field of ultrastructure of the brain,
and long term editor-in-chief of the Journal of Comparative Neurology. It
is considered to be one of the most honored of awards given to experimental
neuroanatomists. |
