PGY 5
  Dillon Chen, MD, PhD
Dr. Dillon Chen is the Chief Resident of Child Neurology. He lived in Taiwan and South Africa before completing high school and college in California. He graduated from UCLA and spent three years as a research assistant there before moving to Mount Sinai School of Medicine in the Big Apple for his medical and graduate programs. His love for the outdoors and distaste for traffic took him to San Diego for residency. He is interested in pursuing an academic research career, with research interest in neonatal neurology. He takes full advantage of the great weather and has become a surfer. You can also find him on land hiking with his dog, playing tennis and rock climbing.

PGY 4
  Andrew Ng, MD
Andrew Ng, MD is a native of Los Angeles who spent the first 18 years of his life in California then decided to experience 4 seasons at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. When he decided that Baltimore wasn't cold enough, he traveled to New England for med school at University of Vermont. Eventually, he decided he had enough of the winter and missed Disneyland and walking around in flip flops so he migrated back to southern California. His clinical interests include traumatic brain injury and sports neurology. When he isn't in the hospital, you can find him eating tacos, hiking, or working out at the gym. He met his future wife in San Diego during residency.
