Description

The Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative 4 (ADNI 4) is a 5-year study designed to engage diverse participants to ensure that ADRD research represents all people. This includes Black, Latino/Hispanic, Asian, Pacific Islander/Native Hawaiian, and American Indian/Alaska Native participants. The primary goal of ADNI 4 is to discover, optimize, standardize, and validate clinical trial measures and biomarkers used in ongoing Alzheimer’s disease research. ADNI plays a central role in improving treatment trials and is a non-randomized, natural history, non-treatment study.
