Dx of FTLD clinical syndrome OR known FTLD genetic risk OR strong familial history. No participant is REQUIRED to be aware of their own genetic risk |

Technically over 18, but recommended over 30 |
| Length |
5-year cycle with different groups having data collection at different intervals ranging from every 3 months for certain groups to every year for others. Some visits are remote phone call visits and other visits are in person. |
