The purpose of this study is to validate the use of skin biopsies to look for synuclein deposits in potential MCI from Lewy body disease. Participants should have some symptoms consistent with DLB (parkinsonism, visual hallucinations, fluctuations, RBD) and mild cognitive impairment, that does not meet criteria for dementia. |
