The Raju Lab utilizes sophisticated mouse genetics approaches to better understand pediatric brain tumor biology and identify therapeutic vulnerabilities. In addition, we seek to advance novel nanomedicine approaches that will improve BBB drug delivery to address these translational hurdles.
