Use Our Data

We are committed to share our experimental data with the community. We have developed a database client software that we call Neurovascular Network Explorer or NNE. This software uses MATLAB® based Graphical User Interface (GUI) for interaction with its database. Below are links to two different databases, each has its own version of NNE. NNE 1.0 and the associated database, corresponding to Tian et al. 2010 PNAS study, were published in Frontiers in Neuroinformatics in 2014. NNE 2.0 and the associated database, corresponding to Uhlirova et al. 2016 eLife study, got accepted to Frontiers in Neuroinformatics, and can be found here. Download and enjoy!
