Parkinson's disease
The Movement Disorders Center at UCSD is committed to improving the quality of life of people living with Parkinson's disease and we understand that support groups are the cornerstone of building community and accessing information. In an effort to meet the changing needs of the Parkinson's disease community our center has decided to restructure our support group network and re-evaluate our programming to be in line with University practices. Although we are transitioning away from community-led support groups we do so knowing that the San Diego Parkinson's disease community is strong and will continue to meet the needs of people living with Parkinson's disease and their care partners. If you would like to receive updates about our programming please feel free to contact us directly. Social Work contact Adriana Gonzalez acg008@health.ucsd.edu Tel: 858-822-0791.
