Study to Examine Possible Effects of Cannabis Compound for Common Movement Disorder

• The purpose of this research study is to determine if a new medication containing cannabis (marijuana) can improve tremors and whether it is safe and effective for use in essential tremor.
• People with essential tremor will use an oral medication containing cannabis (marijuana) for 11 weeks. The study will involve up to 9 visits lasting a total of up to 27 hours. Neurological examination and neuropsychological testing will be performed at each visit.
